Terms & Conditions for Online Returns

Goods returned must be in its original condition and packaging (e.g. box), with returns form enclosed. The product must be unused; the product must have their original tag attached.
All returns will be inspected. We will send you a confirmation email stating that your return is being processed. The product price will be refunded by the original form of payment. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is returned in a condition that we deem unacceptable for re-sale i.e. if the product is clearly marked. We are not responsible for defects arising from misuse of the products. Any products of this nature will be returned back to you.

If your product is defective in any way or you receive the incorrect product, please notify us by email straight away at customer service info@urukuru.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will replace or refund you for the product. Please note that we do not refund postage costs except in the case of a faulty product or an incorrect delivery & only those returned to us using a post’s return service.

You should expect to see your refund in your bank within 5 working days of receiving your confirmation email, however banks may differ. Please email us a sales@urukuru.com if you do not receive your refund after 14 working days of receiving our email. Any refunds will be completed by original form of payment. Please note on orders under 80 Dollars the cost of shipping will not be refunded.
